1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website dodozarbi.com (“the Site”), placing an order, or creating an account, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Alice Rose LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or place an order. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Our Products
Dodo Zarbi specializes in handcrafted jewelry made from polymer clay, stainless steel, and brass. Because every item is made by hand, please note the following:
- Each piece is unique. Minor variations in color, shape, size, or texture are inherent to the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.
- Product photos are taken with care to accurately represent colors and finishes, but slight differences may occur due to screen calibration and lighting conditions.
- We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
- All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Placing an Order
By placing an order on dodozarbi.com, you represent that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a legal guardian.
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
- The information you provide (name, shipping address, email, payment details) is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, errors in product pricing, or unavailability of stock. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
Order confirmation emails are sent automatically after purchase. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to shipment.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the Site are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, or contact you to arrange payment of the correct price.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States and select international destinations. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
- Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Made-to-order or custom items may take longer — estimated times will be noted on the product page.
- Delivery times: Standard domestic shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch. International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.
- Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
- Customs & duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Dodo Zarbi is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
- Lost or stolen packages: Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Dodo Zarbi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the carrier directly and, if necessary, file a claim with them.
6. Refund & Return Policy
Our Commitment
We want you to love your Dodo Zarbi jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read the following carefully as different situations are handled differently.
a) Returns — Change of Mind
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a change of mind.
- Items must be returned unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at dodozarbi.com/contacts within the 14-day window with your order number and reason for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
b) Refunds — Approved Returns
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged on arrival).
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item shows signs of use, damage, or is returned outside the return window.
c) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping if required.
d) Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or made-to-order pieces created specifically for you.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase.
- Items that have been worn, altered, damaged by the customer, or are missing original packaging.
- Gift cards.
e) Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
Note: Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in color, texture, or finish are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been processed or shipped. To cancel, contact us immediately through our contact page at dodozarbi.com/contacts with your order number.
Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In this case, you may return the item once received, subject to our Return Policy above.
We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on dodozarbi.com — including but not limited to product photographs, design images, logos, brand name, written descriptions, and graphics — is the exclusive property of Alice Rose LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without prior written permission from Alice Rose LLC. Sharing our content on social media for non-commercial purposes with proper credit is permitted and appreciated.
9. User Conduct
By using this Site, you agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Submit false or misleading information, including fraudulent orders or payment details.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.
- Post or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to collect data or interact with the Site without our express written consent.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from the use of our Site.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alice Rose LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Albuquerque, New Mexico, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
13. Privacy Policy
